The customer has had a new central heating system with under floor heating, full house rewire, fully k1 rendered, fascia soffits, guttering, windows and doors, new stairs, new kitchen with waterfall worktops, bathroom and shower, new flooring throughout, carpentry and re plastered ready for the client to decorate.
Hitchin Double storey extension
Our client wanted to add more space to their property, whilst giving their kitchen and main bathroom a renovation.
The k1 render gives the extension a modern look and a crisp finish, complementing the bi-fold doors.
Hemel Hempstead Garden Room
Our client came to us wanting a garden room built off the side of their property for disabled access for a family member.
All the steel work was completed by Olympus Build.

Berkhamsted Kitchen Extension
Something a bit different with this stunning kitchen extension. The client came to us wanting more space but with a view out into their garden.
We recommended our local architect who designed the layout, getting the plans drawn up, planning permission granted and structural engineers design arranged. We organised the local kitchen supplier with granite worktops for our client.

We are so pleased we picked Olympus to do the works we needed on the house. We had a single story extension, internal walls being removed and new kitchen fitted. The guys were great from the first time we met them and throughout the project they were informative, approachable and brilliant with the fact we had a toddler and a dog running around. Shaun, Luke and the whole team did a great job on our extension and internal alterations. We encountered some problems along the way but they were quickly resolved and Olympus were always good at communicating with us throughout the build. We will definitely use them again in the future!
Overall the Olympus team were great! We had a double storey extension and we are very happy with the final result and loving our new space. As with any project there were some problems and changes on the way, but Shaun and Luke communicated well and always helpful. Recommended.

We were nervous about undertaking the extension initially but Shaun and the rest of the team put our minds to rest and were always available for any questions or queries we had. We took a lot of time choosing our builder and we are very happy that we chose Olympus Build. From the outset they were very responsive and this continued throughout the build. They stuck to the quote given. Despite the inevitable disruption they maintained a tidy site particularly when doing the internal work – this was really appreciated especially as we have 2 young children.
